Fees
Mr. Graham Jones is the principal of the firm. He is a qualified lawyer who is admitted to practice in the New South Wales Supreme Court, as well as the High Court of Australia.
Australian immigration law is complex and is more and more restrictive. Although the Department of Immigration and Citizenship states that a person does not have to use a migration agent, the success rate for applications lodged through migration agents is higher.
Also, if a person has been rejected it means more expense for them as a new application has to be lodged, or possibly an appeal to the Tribunals or Australian court system.
In regard to the fees listed below, they are competitive with the migration industry standard. Please refer to the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) website for average fee information. (MARA average fee information.)
Should you at any time you wish to terminate the agreement, then payment shall be expected for the work completed.
