We provide a comprehensive service in regard to a client's application for Migration to Australia.
Australia's Immigration law is a complex and constantly changing area of law. Moreover, the Immigration Department applies the law in a strict manner.
We cater to individuals, Corporate and Government institutions in advising if an application may or not fail.
We prepare and monitor the application process and regularly contact the Immigration Department as required for an application.
If an application is rejected, we are able to represent an applicant in the relevant tribunal. (Refugee Review Tribunal or Migration Review Tribunal). This is a separate process to the application to the Immigration Department and incurs additional fees and costs for the tribunal and our firm.
Should one of the Tribunals reject an application, we assess if it is a good idea to go to court for a review of the Tribunal's decision. This also incurs fees and costs, and we may need the assistance of a barrister to assess the application.

In relation to corporate and government institutions, we are able to handle all the relevant paperwork associated with any number of applications for the client.
